If you could change II or Would you change too?
Hi everyone,
I guess this question is the opposite of the other thread. I am curious how many SO would take a pill that would cause them to lose all thier preconceived notions about crossdressing, so they would wonder why anyone would not be accepting of thier SO's CDing or anyone elses CDing for that matter. Would you take it? and for you CD's would you want your SO to take it?
I hate to chicken out here, but I am going to have to say that I would want my SO to take it, but only if that is what she wanted to do, not just because I wanted her to.
Love to all,
Elizabeth

Great topic Elizabeth!
I would have to say that I would not want my SO (if I had one) to take the pill. I would want her to feel what she wanted to feel. I have two ex's one was not the least bit accepting and the other loved my feminine side more than my male. While it would have been great for my first wife to accept this side of me I refused to force the issue. We agreed to disagree and parted as friends.
Now when I meet a woman, if I see that a relationship could form I am totally upfront with them and let them decide if they can handle it. I just tell them how I feel, let them ask questions and answer them best I can. I want them to decide to accept it on their own.
Hugs,
Stef

Hi Elizabeth,
As someone without an SO, it would be a lot easier to meet and get involved with someone if you could just slip them a pill and know they were now accepting of your CD. It would eliminate one big barrier.
To Stef,
Telling them is not as easy as you say, particularly if you are in the closet and live in an area where a lot of closets have sheets with pointed hoods in them. You not only have to worry about her turning you down but also outing you to those around you. I'm definitely not ready for that.

Hi all,
Elizabeth,
Interesting question. Also as a currently SO-less CD, I'd have to say that I still wouldn't want a potential mate to take such a pill. I would want her to love me as I am, yes, but I would also want her to do so as she is. It would be a sad, meaningless world we live in, I think, if we could get others to appreciate us and love us merely by waving a magic wand. It's never worked in fairy tales and I'm not sure it would work any better in reality. Of course, that doesn't prevent me from pining for such an accepting gal, eh?
Love,
CJ

Did you not notice where I live? I'm in Tennessee. I'm not in an urban area either. I live in a very small town. That's not exactly the most accepting environment, as a matter of fact this is where the pointed hoods started.
I would rather be upfront and face the consequences than to ever go back to living a lie. I just couldn't handle it! I wouldn't be fair to whoever I was involved with and it wouldn't be fair to me.
Hugs,
Stef

It would depend for me, today.
If it would make me not so confused and easier for my wife then I would most likely take the pill.
I hate confusion and have been living that way, way to long. Too destroy Gelinda or not would not be easy as Gelinda see's things in my working work different than Larry G. But Larry G. stays confused about Gelinda an why she is there.
I have often wonderied in the past, if I have a split personality and should be in a crazy house. But now due to the wonderful people I drive crazy on this forum, I just wonder when the two halves will become one.
Thanks everyone. Gelinda G. the shadow.
