I know that people sometimes get busy, that their lives often become just plain hectic; but it looks like the latest posts in the SO's forums are several weeks old. I'm a little concerned.

Hi, yes, I have to agree with Honey. It is a busy time, it is difficult to post or spend too long on here as kids are still on holiday, my daughter is forever looking over my shoulder to see what I'm doing or to nag me to let her check her emails! It is much easier when she is at school.
Also, I am in a very happy place with my hubby and his CDing, so don't feel like I have much to contribute. I get the feeling that sometimes some struggling SOs can feel intimidated by accepting SOs. I don't want to give the impression that just because Ed and I are happy with the CDing, that I think everyone should be the same as us. I don't want to make any SO feel that her worries or feelings are not valid, because of course we all have different circumstances with our our own unique outlook on things. All I can do is say what has worked for us, but trying to do that without implying that it should work for everyone is not easy. There is no such thing as 'one size fits all'!
I do hope though, that the GG section gets going again, as it is good to chat!
I will try to post on there soon. (it is nice that our presence has been missed!)
Love,
Curly(SO)

Hello Celia,
I'm still here
Like the other SO's have said.....just busy getting the kids ready for "back to school" and trying to squeeze in some last minute (summertime) family fun-time together.
I do hope that the SO section picks up again, but maybe it's a good sign
......it may just mean that everyone is doing well with their relationship right now
