Funny how things work out for the better , After getting the bad news about the house deal falling apart I was outside washing the truck and I had pulled the sold sign off the for sale sign and this fellow pulls up and ask if the house was now for sale as he had seen the sold sign many times. Yep I said, well long story short I got a contrack on the house already and this deal is looking really good. Like I said in another post my house is a wreck right now with everthing packed and ready to move boxes everwhere. He and his wife understood my situtation and said thats alright when would you like to move. Oh Beauty maybe your prayers were heard . So now it's up to the bank to get the paperwork going. Man I hope this deal works, Carol Ann

Wow, has is been tough on you lately. I am so glad to hear that things may be working out but I still don't envy you having to move. I've done it numerous times and there is little I dislike more. I guess worse than moving would be packing and going no where.

Good luck to you and don't let Carol Ann be gone for too long. We'll miss you.

Thank you al for the kind words but after the hard let down with only a couple of days to go I ain't getting all worked up again to be let down again . We did find out that the first couple had bad credit and thats why the interest rate was so high. This second couple has thier down payment ready,closeing cost cash, and all their ducks lined up
I even asked for a fast closing date and they agree . Guess I should be thankfull, now I know one thing for sure I will not pack Carol Ann away until the very last day. Gosh having to go a day with dressing is asking too much. Carol Ann
