Same Situation as JenniferMu

Well, I am a real girl, too. Instead of it being my father it is my husband.

I feel so confused. I understand good part of this, but can't help looking for answers. Every day I come to work and google for help for wifes of crossdressers.

I really don't understand, have this perfect man besides me and I am almost scared of the woman inside him. Please don't take me wrong, I think it is mostly ignorance what makes me fear "her" and I need help, I understand your mother and really I hope joining this forum can help her and me.

Hi Gin Gin, -wel- to the forum.

Don't be afraid to ask questions and post your observations.

But you might want to make sure to start your own thread so your post doesn't get lost in the shuffle. :)

Hi GinGin

Welcome to the forum. You've found a great resource for information and lots of great folks who can help you in your situation. Obviously wives or SO's are more attuned to your feelings so I would suggest you get your access to the SO Only section which is only open to genetic females. You can do that by contacting Sharon via email or private message.

Have a look around and you should find plenty of helpful reading. If you have any questions, don't be shy. There are many here who have been through what you're feeling.

Glad to have you here with us. Please feel free to post an introduction in the New Members section. Take care.

Stephanie

Hi Gin Gin,

Welcome! I second what my fellow moderators have said. I would only add that perhaps you ought to send Sharon (SO)--the forum administrator--a PM (Private Message) asking her to add the little "(SO)" after your name so that we know that you are a Significant Other.

I hope you find here some info that will elucidate what's going on inside the mind and heart of your perfect man and that will also allay some of your fears. We're a good bunch of people and we care.

Love,
CJ

Welcome to the forum, Gin Gin(SO) - we're glad that you've found your way to us!

I decided to split your post from JenniferMu's thread so that her thread stays on topic, and you have your own thread, as well.

We look forward to your participation here, and do be sure to contact Sharon(SO) as CJ (and Stephanie W) suggested!

Welcome to the forum. It is good to see an SO look for help and not freak out and leave the person they fell in love with.

Welcome Gingin,

It's nice to have you here. Ask away, but don't expect us to agree among ourselves on any answers.....

Your choice.

I'd start a new one if it were me.

:) :) Hi ya Gingin,

The fact that you found your way here show's just how much you love your husband.Remember the qualities he has that drew you near him.
I won't say love will overcome, but I will say that crossdressing does not need to destruct a wonderful marriage.

Really it takes you to ask questions from us and to seek out the correct info from sources such as the internet.
Fear, anger, betrayal are all part of a series of emotions you will go through, you must go through. The road if you so choose to take it is not an easy one, many bumps along the way.I'm here to tell you the bumps get lighter as you and your husband have the courage to sit down and really hear each other.Listening is a real skill just as is the verbal word, take your time when talking, don't rush things you have a lifetime of learning about each other.

Do not fear the femme within, all she seeks is acceptance and the chance to actually accept her for once in your husbands life.Years of suppression and years of fear have kept this secret deeply within him,he still is the same man,the only difference is that now you know.

I wish all the best on your journey.
Hugs Penni with an i here and a y on the www.chameleonswa.com
forum.

You'll love this place Hon.

Hi Gin Gin
I'm on the other side of the equation Gin Gin and I stumbled on this forum by dumb luck(No comments Silver Lady!) last year and it did wonders for me. Everybody here is great. Even though we have our own ideas about things everyone offers their opinions with the best of intentions.
Silver Lady,CJ,Donna T,Sharon,Danielle,Lydia,Virginia,Stephanie and so many more here are intelligent, articulate and caring people. It's not an easy road for either you or us but that's life.
We are all in the same boat so to speak and just trying for smooth sailing. There are so many questions but not all questions have simple answers and I feel some don't have answers at all. We just have to try to do our best to understand. Wish you and yours the best. Hugs

Love
Jeannie

Mari -

May we assume from your post that you are actually Sandi's new SO, and that you logged in today using Sandi's username?

My fellow GG's and I would love to chat more with you, and so, too, would the CD's, but we do need some clarification from you that this is, in fact, the situation.

Please send me a PM so that we may discuss this in further detail, and I will also assist you in obtaining your own membership. You may be aware that we have a forum specifically for the GG's/SO's that is private, but I do need to have more conversation with you.

I look forward to receiving your PM at your earliest convenience.
