Hello from Southwest Virginia

Post by Tammy_F »

Hello,

My name is Tammy and this is my post. I've been a crossdresser for about 10 years now and recently moved to Virginia just Southwest of Roanoke. I'm interested in meeting others, especially those local to me as one can never have enough friends.

Also if anyone knows any friendly places to go and shop, I'd be real greatful. So far I've heard of a place call "The Park" in Roanoke.

Hi, Tammy, and welcome to the Forum!

If you're interested in going to The Park sometime, let us know, perhaps Virginia and I can meet you there . . . they usually have some great DQ shows on Sunday evening.

Hi Tammy,

Yes, right down the road Roanoke. Yes The Park in Roanoke and they have a website as well. Open on Friday, Saturday and Sunday starting at I believe 9:00pm. Sunday night is Entertainment Night with shows starting at 10:00pm. Mostly Drag Queens and a lot of fun. Savannah works the front desk area and Billie works as a bartender - very nice folk!

Don't know if you can get out over night, but First Friday's at Fielden's in Richmond is great fun and it is from 11:00pm the First Friday of each month. Pre-Fielden's is usually at Z-2's from 9:00 pm on and prior to that is Babe's or Barcode or Godfrey's for dinner. All have websites to check out and are very VERY TG friendly and great fun. Ask our own Lisa Smith about Babe's and Bucky!!! Of course I ended up with my picture taken but Bucky had the "hots" for Lisa! Its a long story but we do have fun!!!!

Feel free to PM me or SL or post here.

Look forward to hearing from you!

Thank you all for the welcomes

With Christmas, I didn't have much time to get online. So thank you all for the warm welcomes.

BTW, could any of you tell me good places in the Roanoke/Salem/Christiansburg area to shop? I'd like to pick up a jacket, some shoes and makeup for this weekend.
