Just a college kid from Wisconsin who is coming out as he gets away from his family. Too afraid to go tell them. Now I just have to work up the courage to do it around my supposedly open minded roommates. Anyway it's nice to meet you all.

As far as opening up is concerned, you always have to start somewhere. It's been my experience that roommates are usually okay with this kind of stuff, as long as it's not "in their face" (as one of my erstwhile roommates used to say). On the other hand, I once had a (female) roommate who noticed one evening that I had red polished toenails and that I was wearing nylons. This brought us closer; we eventually became partnered. This, after I had told her about my crossdressing. Be bold, Lily; be yourself. But be prudent, nonetheless.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I hope to get to know you all in the future. Right now I am back home for the weekend to attend my grandfather's funeral but when I get back I will start with wearing panties and thongs everyday instead of the boxer-shorts I hide behind. And maybe even wear some of my pajamas more as I have 4 or 5 sets of them. They were always the easiest to get and use without being found out.
