Aloha all, I am Lynn Tanaka . I was born and raised in the same state as our new President. I wonder if President Obama wears panties like me. The president wouldn't have as much time to crossdress like me. I get dressed up every morning when I'm home in Hawaii. That is why I don't like to travel too much. I told my wife about 7 years and ago, and have been having alot of fun since then. The internet has been great to find out that I am not alone and to buy a great dresses on sale. Lynn

Aloha, Lynn. You are most definitely not alone, and it really is amazing to discover a community of people who are as warm and accepting as this crowd. You've found yourself a new home away from home, one that doesn't require any travel! I just know you'll enjoy yourself here. Please do take the time to tell us a little more about yourself when you've settled in, and be sure to drop in on the chat room from time to time. Saturday evenings (okay, maybe late afternoon for you) are a good time to find crowds there, but even a little quiet time with one or two other people can be very relaxing.

As for Obama? Whether he's got a panty drawer or not, I do hope he continues to show the kind of leadership and support that will encourage transgender acceptance. I know I'm very pleased by the early signs.

How is Hawaii for TG rights and public acceptance? I haven't seen particularly encouraging things online, which is a shame because it's one of my wife's favorite vacation destinations.

Welcome Lynn.

What a beautiful place! I was there for ten days once and it is awesome. Did most of the tourist things and that kept us real busy.

I would imagine that Hawaii being somewhat of a Blue State and given what I have read about the history of acceptance by the Polynesian people of "our kind," it makes it a bit easier, although the tourist can be tough.

Look forward to your participation with us!
