I am a crossdresser since I can remember (about 45 years ).
Only the last 2 years my wife knows about it , altough I had some close calls that my heart was pounding in my throat and tought I would have a heart attack on the spot.
Since I told her I live more relaxed and when she comes home I change.
I don't have the guts to go outside in a dress but who knows one of these days !!!!
I told my adult children and they are Ok with it. I needed to tell them because they drop in sometimes without notice.
I hope to post some pictures soon on this site.

Hi Angela,
Welcome to the forum. I am 61 and back in 2006 I told my wife. We have been married over 25 years. She was not a happy camper but later she decided it was OK and now I can too can dress whenever I want to. I had started going out dress, which at first was a scary thing for me, but now it is a normal thing. Most times now when I go out dressed, is is with the wife. She has helped me a lot in my presentation, makeup, mannerisms, and voice. If your will help you too, I am sure that you will not have a problem going out dressed.
Again welcome to the forum.
Hugs,
JoAnn
