I haven't been on a forum since Crossdressers Discussion Forum ended. I miss the contact I had with the community. I will have to start again here because it was very rewarding. Hello.

Hello, Anne. Welcome to a really interesting, friendly forum. I remember your posts from the CDF. I think you will fit in here really well. I never posted there because no matter what I tried they would never accept my registration. I was on Earthlink then, and I suspect that was the reason.
I like this forum better anyway. It's more civilized. The moderators and administrators do a really great job.

Thank you all for the welcome, Is there a main chat area here? It appears topical - I suppose general would be the best most active location? I thought you looked familiar April, I do miss CDF I thought it would go on forever. That site really helped me grow alot, I developed many friendly contacts there. After it closed I did not know what to do. We got a new computer and was unsure how to create a trully separate, private area from the kids. Anne did without for a long long time. Yesterday I decided to work on it and here I am. I changed my password on my area, joined yahoo and opened a separate email address. rejoined CF and here I am.

Happy you got to join us here, Anne. Like you said, I don't know what I'd do without my friends that I've made here.
The chat room is where many of us hang out a lot. No particular subjects talked about. anything from weather, fishing, kids, cooking, and sometimes, fashion!

Hi CJ - I feel humbled for your kind comment, I tried not to offend, and to be positive there. I was saddened by the loss of that site. Hopefully this will be a new home - but I do miss the posts - do you know of any other sites like the CDF - that are clean like this one and allow annonymity? There were so many great people posting there!
