Hello all,
My name is Eric...(a.k.a. Erica), and before I begin, I owe everybody an appology.
I jummped the gun in here by responding to some of the posts in other areas and not formally introducing myself to everyone.
For this error on my part, I am trully sorry. Please Forgive me.
Now to the juicy stuff...lol.
Im 38 y.o. I am a cook by nature and let me tell you all something...if you think you have tried the best cheesecake around, well I'm sorry to tell you that I make the best cheesecake around. Peanutbutter, pumpkin, new York style...all kinds and it will melt in your mouths and add pounds to your hips...lol. But seriously, I enjoy what I do and I'm glad that I had found this site to help me come out of the closet once and for all. Just keep a look out for my posts and I will also be accommidating to your questions that you may have for me and hopefully vice versa
Greetings

HI Erica,
Cheesecake huh!? In another life, I travelled a lot and I determined whether or not I would return to a place based on the quality of the cheese cake. The best I ever ever had was in what was once called "Underground Atlanta" at a place called "Dante's Down the Hatch." Now you have to know that any place that has live alligators in the pond under the bridge you cross to get into the place has got to have good cheese cake. These were real and upto 6' to 7' in length. They moved out of the underground when the drug dealers took over and could not take all their ambiance with them, but I digress.
Welcome to the forum and we look forward to you becoming an active part of our sorority!
