I just wanted to say hello as it's been a long while since I've been on and actually posted. Like many life has been extremely busy and I haven't had a chance to do much of anything fun let alone dress up for way too long. The exception was that a good friend of mine and I did get to schedule some time and go to a local show. What was neat was that at the show we ran into Virginia and Silver Lady. Both of whom are wonderful folks. It was real fun to place the faces with the names and actually get to meet people from here.

I'm hoping to have a little more time for myself and be able to do more things like this. Hopefully having more friends to "push" me to events like the show will be helpful. Anyway, the only thing wrong with the outing from my perspective was that I was out en drab. Maybe next time, I'll be able to be dressed up!

It was great to finally meet you, too, and we thank our mutual friend for being 'convinced' to attend the show. Now I am fairly sure that when we first met on Saturday that you didn't know who I was (SL), but by Sunday evening you did. Did our friend tell you that where we met was where I first met her, too? Small world, for sure!!

We are looking forward to you attending some of our local meetings whenever you're able!

As for your question, long story short, as soon as our friend said that she was friends with you and Virginia, I knew who you were. So no, she didn't say anything she shouldn't have ;-) I'm pretty quick at figuring things out. And yes it's a very small world and with groups that overlap it becomes even a much smaller world. I honestly believe that I can't go anywhere without running into someone I know or know of.
