new to the forum, long term occassional crossdresser

Hello everyone, i can't wait to delve into the boards here and learn tips about how to be a more passable crossdresser, and how to be brave enough to venture out in public more often. i do go out, but i do so less and less as time goes by. i'm always nervous in public, but even that nervousness gives me a huge thrill. i love to feel the breeze on my stockinged legs and under my skirt, and to hear the feminine click, click of my heels on the pavement. i know i will never pass, i am built too large, i'm six two in my stockinged feet and i don't want to crossdress if i can't wear high heels, which makes me six six if i only wear four inch heels!

Welcome to the forum. I don't think you should be so self concious over your height, I have a GG friend who is 6' 2" in her bare feet and there are plenty of others. I am over 6' tall in heels and I go out in broad daylight with a neutral response from the general public. If you are able try going out with a friend.

Hello there.
Don't mind the height, though flats might help.
Most people overestimate passability's difficulty. I can pass as a businesswoman without makeup, but I somehow can't pass anywhere else even with padding, makeup and a GG's advice, not that I try anymore.

Welcome tall lady. You are not the only one. I'm 5'11" and I do heels. However, I will wear flats for my shorter (5.5 feet or less) GFs when we all get together. I also have a few tall buddies that I get to see eye to eye with when I wear my heels. You may be really tall, but some folks like really tall.
