First off I'd like to thank the people who set this up.
I'm not so far beyond 30, and I've been crossdressing as far as my memory goes back.
This month I have FINALLY come to an understanding just how "Alright" this is;I feel SOOO relieved!
Early in my relationship with my wife, I told her about how I "used to" dress up. I have gone on to practice the art of deceit about being a CD even though I tried hard to suppress it.

Since we just started counselling recently, I feel this is the right time to tell her the truth. I'm nervous, but excited at the same time.
I've been reading alot from the Internet (a big THANK YOU for all the folks who put out the good information). My understanding of being a crossdresser, and human nature in general has broadened significantly.

I could only find one book in our library system that addressed the issue, and that was several years ago. I see how much there is to further educate myself now.

Thanks to Dixie for her really nice website. I'm preparing a packet for both my wife and counselor for our next session. That is a great idea!

This site looks rather new, I'm not sure when it started but I hope it stays around and fresh for a long, long time!

My wife Sharon(SO) and myself started it about 3 months ago and are quite pleased with the members we have here. This is a GREAT bunch of people here. We hope to keep it fresh and fun, please provide any suggestions you would like about the site.... We want it to be built by and for the members...

We started it because we got tired of doing an internet search for "Crossdressing" and getting basically porno and garbage..... We really felt there was a need for an open, fun and friendly site where both CD's and SO could come and learn something and make some e-friends....

I wish you luck with telling your wife. I think you are doing the right thing by telling her and coming into it with information. If your wife is so inclined and wants to she should try talking with the other SO's here.... This forum has SO's in all states of acceptance... She might find a sense of "not being alone" in being able to e-talk with others who have already been through it....
