Hello all, I found this forum the other day and have lurking for a few days. Just wanted to register and say THANKS to all of you. And thanks to Sharron and Beauty for creating this place!!

I am a parttime CD in my mid thirties (I hate saying 30's). Although I have known it for as long as I can remember, it is still difficult for me to refer to myself as a crossdresser. I have always avioded labels. I am a guy that loves to dress up.

I am out to my wife and my hairstylist My wife has been great, and helps some when I dress, but she says I do my makeup better than she can. I think she has always known on some level, but it has only been the last year or so that we actually talk about it openly. It is still difficult for me to accept that she is accepting of this and I don't push it too much. My clothes are in the closet now, instead of the shed!
I only wish I was as secure of a person as she is!

As for my CDing, I don't go out much. I don't know many places here that I am comfortable going. There used to be, but the clubs here are in flux right now.

I love dressing, but still, at times, wish I didn't. I am such a guy in my daily life that it makes it hard to deal with at times. I have come to except it and embrace it, just sometimes.... I went through many purging cycles, but not for a long time. The only purges I see in my future and due to style.

Sorry for the long intro. Just wanted you to know a little about me. I am so glad to be here where I feel omfortable and open.

Thanks, and I probably will. Just kinda bringing it on slowly....
We are dealing with a heavy stuff unrelated to CD right now and I don't want to put to much on here plate.

Hi Marcy,
Welcome and honey, there ain't no "parttime" crossdresser. You may dress part time but if you feel that you are truly a crossdresser, then there is no turning back! You may repress it or supress, but it is part of you from now on and IT GREAT!!!!!!! Sooooo as I always say, share your "gift" and enjoy your "Magical Mystery Tour.
