:) Pleasant greetings to you all, I am MLee and wish to say hello as I have just joined you.
I am no spring chick but I am told age is just a number.
I live in North Carolina having lived in Calif most of my life. I have traveled some and lived in Oh for about a year but could not take the snow after the climate of the west coast. I lived in the UK for a few months but never took citizenship as my heart is here in the states.

I met my other half about two years ago and we have been living together since then. Each day we are together is new as we learn of each other. We plan to marry in Feb on the 18th and he has been very honest and forth coming with his CDing. (He told me a couple months ago). He found me another SO group and joined it lurking in the wings and listening to other SO’s deal with issues. A gal there told me of this site and both of us have now joined. He encourages me to do what ever I need to do so that I may deal with what ever comes up in feelings and questions for me, about this topic.
We do have great communication with each other. We share many interests, and our experiences are very different but that makes our relationship so wonderful as we interact in each others lives.

I will be looking over this site, taking my time to read as much as I can and look forward to getting to know you. If you have any questions of me, feel free to simply ask.
I may be a bit timid and just learning about such a relationship involving this topic, but I love this man and I am not going anywhere just because of the package he appears in is displeasing to some others out there.
I know I have a lot to learn and go through, but it does not change how I feel about him and what is in his heart for me. He makes me feel safe, loved, and takes me with all my faults and baggage. I feel no one is perfect especially me so I am here, trying to accept and understand the total ONE I have fallen in love with.
My best to you all,
MLee

PS;
I hope my avitar is acceptable as it represents in the 'three' blue roses this relationship with my DH

Welcome MLee, we love having SO's take part and participate with us and share. We realize that for a lot of GG's (genetic girls) that Crossdressing is, shall I say, a unique "gift" to bring to a realtionship, but it is one that if you are open-minded and will communicate with your SO and are willing to learn and share with us. You will find what I have said often is true, "A GG could do a lot worse than (marrying) a crosssdresser!"
Hope you will stay, share and participate with us.
Virginia

PS: NC is one of my favortie states - mountains to the sea!

Hi MLee,

It's great to have you here. I hope you like the forum. I've said it many times, this truly is the best place on the web. I think what makes it special is the genuine nature of the people here. Biased as it may sound, I think we have character! SO's and CD's alike interact well here.

It's refreshing to hear of your relationship with your partner. I'm glad you communicate well. It's the key that opens all doors.

Hugs,
Kyra -wel-

Hello and -wel- !!

This is a great loving, caring group of people and we even actually disagree occassionally!!

I've not been here long but I love them all and am so happy Missy has a place to really be herself among people that understand.

Glad you're here and look forward to getting to know you.
