I just re-visited this site. The Commentary page has been updated. I highly recommend the first article on the page (as of this posting) titled Rights and Responsibilities by Marc MacYoung.

Very powerful stuff! The article is quite long so plan accordingly. But it is well worth the time to read through the entire text.
