Charleston SC passed two ordinances

The Charleston City Council in South Carolina passed two ordinances Tuesday that together prohibit discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in housing and public accommodations.
According to WCBD-TV, the vote makes Charleston the second municipality in the state to pass such ordinances with protections for LGBT people, following Columbia.
