Interesting article on businesses that understand being exclusive can create an economic impact from alienating the LGBTQ community and thus its supporters.

It sure does Diana.
I'm glad to see that my adopted home state has been making some progress. And that the company I work for is also a part of this initiative. If I was planning to transition I wouldn't have problems with management it seems.

Don't get me wrong, she is a wonderful woman, and I love her dearly. And she loves me too. Now, miracles DO happen... time will tell...
