That is very good, I particularly think that;

By being too protective over other peoples' feelings (because "people are fragile and should never be hurt"), relationships become full of dead space, where conflicts develop but nothing is said.

Is right on.

The rest is very good as well, but that one stood out to me today.

There is so much great reading there, it will take me awhile to get through all of it.
