first my mother is sick in the hosptal, then i catch grief at work for taking 2 days off, then i recieve word that a check is gfoing to bounce, and now some other forum had banned me with NO explanation (mneanwhile i have not posted there in 5 days)
Lorna, your boss sounds like mine. He's been giving me grief ever since I got back from TX, and ignores the fact that I worked on a few cases while I was there. I try to ignore him though, don't need the stress.

Now we have to beat the Angels in CA, roll over the White Sox, then on to the World Series and beat the Astros (I hope) or Cardinals!

I'm just glad that Boston's been eliminated.
No offense to any Boston fans mind you, they've got a GREAT team & all, but the fans... ugh!! So many Red Sox fans I've interacted with just like to talk so much trash... oy vey.
I want to see the Astros do well, and a World Series of the first time Astros playing against the White Sox (first time for them since 1959, last won in 1917).
I hope the Astros really shine in the Series! Clemens, Pettite, and Oswalt are one heck of a group of pitchers.
