I recommend buying food.
If you are snowbound, having enough food and water is the most important thing. Canned foods and prepackaged foods that don't needing heating nor refrigeration are the best for emergencies. In case the power goes off, I assume you have plenty of clothes to keep you warm! Everything will be okay with Kay!
Speaking of canned foods:
Prefer traditional cans or cans with pop-open tops(no can opener needed)?
