I thought I had posted this before but could not find it so here goes.

A woman walks into a fishmongers shop an asks for a pound of cod

"Sorry Madam" says the fishmonger "we have no cod"

"Oh!" says the woman "a pound of cod please."

"Madam!" says the fishmonger "I am sorry but we have no cod"

"Oh!" says the woman "a pound of cod please."

"Madam!" says the fishmonger "I have N.O. C.O.F.D."

"But" says the woman "There is no F in cod."

"Precisely!" says the man

That one coulda fit into a Monty Python skit, like the Tobacconist Skit, kinda.
