Katherine Heigl is a strong supporter of spaying/and or neutering pets to prevent the ultimate cruelty of overpopulation. In this, one of several bits done with some humor in her recently launched campaign, she seems to suggest it should be taken a bit farther, to the obvious discomforture of her coworkers in making the advert.
