Murder at CostCo.

Wylie was married to a lovely woman, at least she was for awhile. As time went on she was more and more demanding of his time, his money, and always nagging. Then he started telling his troubles to a lovely young thing at work and decided he was in love, but she would have nothing to do with him because he was married. He thought, "Ok, I can fix that."

So he determined to kill his wife, but didn't have the courage to do the deed himself. He had taken out a large life insurance policy on her, with himself as the beneficiary. But he still needed her to be dead.

So, through a friend of a friend of a friend he was put in touch with a man named Artie who would do the deed. He told him the price would be $10,000. Wylie didn't have that kind of cash lying around since his wife had expensive habits. But the hit guy needed the money, or at least some of it, up front. Wylie explained to
Artie he would have plenty of cash after his wife was dead and he came into the insurance policy. Artie just had to have some money up front, just a policy he had. So Wylie, poked around in pockets and wallets and found a overlooked Susan B. Anthony dollar coin. And that was truly all he had. Artie reluctantly accepted the coin as a down payment.

A few days later, Artie had stalked Wylie's wife enough to know she would be in CostCo at 2 P.M. on every Thursday. So he went into the store, found her in the produce aisle, and strangled her. As her life left her, the manager of the produce aisle happened onto the scene, and another of Artie's little quirks was that there could be no witnesses. So he strangled the manager with his gloved hands.

Unbeknownst to Artie, a newly installed camera system showed the murders in real time and the security company called police. The cops caught Artie trying to escape, his guilt a forgone conclusion.

The newspaper headline, of course, was "Artie Chokes Two for a Dollar".

Oh, please no, no groans. You knew this was gonna be this kind of thing, maybe you even heard it before. No, no Moans either. Auhht!! Put the stick Down. Please.!!!
