Recently, there was a report in the New Orlean rag that a amateur archaeologist was digging a trench, and found traces of copper. Other artifacts dated the layer to about 150 years ago. He concluded, Cajuns had a telephone system installed 150 years ago.

A month later, a member of the Texas Archeological Society dug a 2 meter deep trench, found traces of copper and arrowheads and historic items, and dated the layer at nearly 400 years old. He concluded that early Texans already had a telephone system by that time, earlier than the Cajuns.

In Oklahoma, a self taught archeologist dug a 5 meter deep trench with a backhoe, and after careful examination found no trace of copper wire, but did find stone arrowpoints and other tools dated elsewhere to 900 years ago.

He concluded that these ancient Okies already had wireless phones 900 years ago!!!

Its all in the perspective, ya know.
