We all have a positive slant in this issue. I for one always writes a letter to the corportate office - Consumer affairs group copying the local Store Manager and the Local Department head when ever I feel that I have been "squeezed" by the policy. This way, everyone knows that some one is watching and most times, postive results are achieved. Local management doe not like to have there names in print to the consumer affairs group.
Elizabeth: I would suggest that a locat letter writing campaign be initiated with as many friends participating. You might be able to write to the local news paper suggesting a letter writing campaign.
This will do two things for you...
1. Get you involved in local consumer affairs issues and
2. When you see results, lower the blood pressure.
