Gee Merinda, holidaying on the Gold Coast hey, last time I was up there it was looking quite dowdy and badly in need of a face lift, but it's a nice area if you enjoy the beach, isn't it.

Thanks for the kind thoughts, I'm feeling not too badly these days, walking briskly for an hour every day, so I'm hoping my next visit to the specialist will be my last in this episode.
