Hmmm, and to think I thought my posts had too much space and that having my dictionary enabled was being far too picky.

Even simpler is using the dictionaries for Firefox. These are installed as an addon and once installed highlights words it does not recognize with a thin wavy red line under the word. I use the British English dictionary for obvious reasons but there are dozens of others including American English, French, Spanish, Afrikaans etc. etc.

It saves cluttering your browser with bloatware like toolbars.

meh when writing quickly one doesn't notice typos and besides even when you read it back to yourself you often miss them. if i was writting a novel I'd go back and recheck later but that doesn't work so well with posting. not the end of the world if one can understand it.
