Hi Deborah,
Going off topic again.
I love that line! I love the old Star Trek movies. They, for me, were about love, community, a universal view, costs and benefits of friendships, always questioning the boundries of right and wrong and freedom or totalitarism. To gain good, some kind of sacrifice is made to gain the good for others. I find this very true in my life.
By the way, I agree about Tyson.
Kersten

HI Kersten,
Yes I too like the old Star Trek. The Universal appeal of everyone getting along and the prime directive of "Non-interference." I don't think the human race will ever achieve that brotherhood. If we do it won't be in our lifetime. Like the bumper sticker says: "Beam me up Scotty - there's no intelligent life down here!" Codocil: except on this forum!!!!!
Love,
Deborah
