This site also has tons of papers on anxiety, panic attacks everything like that! It's a very very good resource. I have just printed out loads of them so I'm off to read them now

Oh by the way, they run courses throughout the UK. I am going to go see them down in Cornwall soon. Hopefully there will be a group of cross dressers down there, that would be cool.
