It Hit -7 degrees a couple of days ago. I had to go buy a snow shovel Wed. (Didn't need one of those in La.) We got about 4 inches of the white stuff. Supposed to snow again tomorrow. We're looking forward to a nice White Christmas this year. I'm so glad to get away from the "wet Christmas" of the south. <<^^^>>

Hugs,
Kyra

No snow here! Last week it was very icy in the morning, quite scary going sideways round corners.

Temperature last week was -4, but this week is big improvement with 12 degrees overnight.

Wish it would stop raining, it has been every day for last two months ish.

Brrr...it's freezing here too. I've got to go out early today so have to de-ice the car, Grrr!!!

What sort of dog is your puppy, Stephanie? Can we have a pic please?! I will post some new pics of my Springer, Moby later (five and a half months old now.) I keep saying to Ed I'm going to get Moby a sweet little coat but he gives me that look that tells me...maybe I shouldn't

I hope it snows at Christmas...the last white Christmas we had here, I was three years old!

Hope you all have a good day,

Love,
Curly(SO) :)

I just upload my pics onto http://photobucket.com/ (It's free) and link them into posts. You could put them in the gallery, though, if you want :)

When I get from work tonight I will start a thread for our pet pics, would love to see Pepsi!

Hooray! We finally made it above the freezing mark!!! ..^..

(I can't believe I'm actually giddy over that) #-o but nonetheless... rain sure as heck beats snow!! They were predicting another "big storm" for the Northeast, trying to get people all riled up, rushing to the stores for food & shovels. But all we have is rain! And it's going to go up to the 40s this weekend...

Hi all,

Lorna,

Consider me "riled up"! The view from my front door, as of fifteen minutes ago (current temperature: 21 F):

Oh, and I made a little experiment a couple of nights ago; I left my "balloon" breast forms outside on the back balcony. This is the result (once the balloon is removed):

Can you say "chest cold," anyone?

CJ

But seriously, I just wanted to say it snowed again yesterday!! Coming home from Denver last night it was a chilly 9 degrees! Brrrr.

Hugs,
Kyra

Current temp is 56, reached a high of 67 today, and since we had on/off rain today it felt even colder; cookie-cutter days for the rest of the week. Heat just kicked on again in the house - set for 78 and I'm still chilly!!!

Brrrrrrr is all relative, my friends - - this weather is downright BRISK for Florida!

Good News: Christmas Eve Day and Christmas Day it's supposed to be in the low 70's and SUNNY!!!!

And dagnabit, Virginia, if you don't stop slapping me - I'll....I'll.... oh, heck, I don't know what I'll do - you're much bigger than me! Guess you're just gonna have to move down here where we don't get any of that white stuff called snow!
