images.. how to..

Maybe I haven't read CJ's advice well or didn't find an answer to my problem being an amateur on computer possibilities,...but I tried to add an image on a new post and couldn't find out how.
This image has to come from my hard disk and not from some internet address, so how do I have to proceed?

The image must come from a web site, not your own computer. Most members use a service like www.photobucket.com (which is free), but there are other sites, also.

Then you use the IMG tags to link it here, which are described at http://crossdressers-haven.com/forums/f ... ode=bbcode
