another slip of the chisel would have driven David to madness..he would have completely lost his marbles...
There is an excellent full-size bronze copy of David in the courtyard of the Ringling Museum of Art in Sarasota, Florida.
Every once in a while some of the local citizenry petition to have at least a fig leaf in the appropriate area, but so far the pleas have been ignored.
Maybe it will take our esteemed Attorney General to make the coverup.
