For some, the reason it is so hard to quit is because of the how the addiction affects everyones brains differently. So what was easy for some of us can be very hard for others. Therefore, don't worry about how well or bad others manage quiting, because you are doing the best that you can, and doing it good too.

Thanks, girls!!
UPDATE: I went back to caffiene today. I really needed coffee this morning, and I love my share of Coke & Pepsi. But then, the darndest thing took place within my brain as I sipped my French Vanilla Coffee (with a drop of Half & Half and the 2 Sweet & Lows)... I was NOT craving a cigarette!
I REALLY miss my coffee...
Tonight I sit here with a glass of wine, still NOT craving a smoke!! Talk about the ultimate test.
I even walked past a smoker today, and for the first time in 15 years, the smell of smoke was a foul stench to me. Now I know why nonsmokers have been griping to me all these years...
Plus, I'm saving at least $25 a week. I can put that towards my 2006 DLV trip money, but that's another thread.
Thank you all for your continued support!!!
