Thanksgiving songs

I know it's a couple of days late but there is one that particularly comes to mind. It's the hymn "We Gather Together". I believe the history is that Puritans, escaping England because of religious persecution, originally went to the Netherlands where this hymn is from. The words were either translated into English or new English words were written and it came to America when the Puritans landed on Plymouth Rock
