met with my therapist after 2 week layoff
was a first for me! she told me it was time to get to my emotions and she did!!
first time i cried in public and there on the couch!
have to admit it felt good but uncomfy for me! guess starting to unravel me!

Tears, the great soul cleanser Anya, i find myself wishing i could cry sometimes.
They came easily and often a couple or 3 years ago.

Latanya, it's probably unravelling now in a controlled environment with your therapist and get put back together so it don't happen later in an uncontrolled way.
