Hi all--
Lets try this one. List the 10 women who you consider are or were the most beautiful, gorgeous, pretty, or down right good looking women in your mind. My list, in no particular order is:
1 ) Gina Lolabridgetta
2 ) Sophia Loren
3 ) Ann-Margaret
4 ) Catherine Zeta-Jones
5 ) Marilyn Monroe
6 ) Maureen O'Hara
7 ) Jane Seymore
8 ) Vera Miles
9 ) Veronica Lake
10 ) Morgan Brittany
Let's see who you come up with and if we agree on some of the same women.

Hi all,
Ugh. I hate this kind of thing. I'm not the kind of person who'd rate women (or men, for that matter) based strictly on their looks. Having said that, here's my own list, also in no particular order.
(Of course, I'd put both my mother and my girlfriend in the top two slots but nobody here really knows what they look like so I'll have to go with more traditional choices.)
1. Monica Bellucci (

2. Sophie Marceau (

3. Halle Berry (

4. Laetitia Casta (

5. Claudia Lynx (

6. Toni Braxton (

7. Aishwarya Rai (

8. Claudia Schiffer (

9. Catherine Zeta-Jones (

10. Jeri Ryan (

Et j'en passe... Rebecca Romijn-Stamos, Grace Kelly, Jessica Alba, Raquel Welch, Ashley Judd, Audrey Hepburn, Salma Hayek, Marilyn Monroe, etc., etc., etc.
My own tastes (such as they are) run toward exotic beauties with large eyes, dusky skin, and full lips (with the exception of Angelina Jolie, whose airbag kisser I find scary). Again, I say all this while emphasizing that, no matter how beautiful a woman may be, I'll find her unattractive if her heart is ugly and dark.
Love,
CJ

Hi ladies
UN Ambassador Virginia, when it comes to schmoozing you make Bill Clinton look like a slacker. You were able to maintain family and forum unity and negated the chance of being shut off in one fell swoop.
I'll step up to the plate like CJ with the same disclaimer "I hate these things...but" which is basically worthless. If you do it CJ, you're just no good and shallow like the rest of us so just accept it and move on in life.
1. Audrey Hepburn...... Classic beauty
2. Grace Kelly................ditto
3. Dinah Shore
3. Rob Lowe
4. Isabella Rosillini
5. Susan Pleshette
6. Terri Gar
7. Barbara Eden
8. Rupaul
9. Sherri lewis
10. Benizier Bhutto
I think there has been quite a decline in what beauty is these days. When the ideal beauty is Pamela Sue Anderson,"We have a problem Houston." I'm sure all the GGs will agree that walking breasts are a good look and really make you feel special as a person. Hugs.

I'm glad to see somebody else knows (remembers) who Lydia Pense is! I just listened to one of their albums the other day, they are one of my favorite groups. I'd have to add Mariska Hargitay to those already mentioned, another would be Vidal Sassoon's wife (can't remember her first name, perhaps Beverly?), Tova Borgnine, Vivien Leigh, and many of my favorites have already been mentioned.

Hi Ladies,
I could rename many of those beauties listed in this thread, but that would be pointless.
What came to mind as I was reading through each of your posts, was something I did as a child:
From about age 12, I started cutting pictures out of magazines and newspapers of all the famous (and gorgeous) women I'd seen on TV and movies. I started making a scrapbook with the cut outs, and it got bigger and bigger. I finally remade the whole thing as a huge collage. It covered most of one wall in my bedroom. It was done in moderately good taste, although their were more than a few "leggy" shots. I had a huge crush on Jaclyn Smith (Charlie's Angels era) and she had a fair share of my collage.
Thanks Charlee, reading all these names has brought back a fond memory.
Hugs,
Kyra

I've come to an age where beauty is a reflection of sophistication and worldly experience:
Bette Davis
Catherine Hepburn
Glenda Jackson
Amelia Earhardt
Dianna Rigg
Dixie Carter
Annette Benning
Catherine Denueve
Sigourney Weaver
and, taking a cue from Amelie, I gotta go with Morticia Addams.
