Another First

Hi girls,
Just wanted to let you all know that Me and Raven became grandmas yesterday, when my oldest son's wife gave birth to an eight pound two ounce baby boy. I always wanted to be a grandma and now I am.

Grandchildren can be great. The one thing you can do is when you are done with them you just hand them back to momma!!

Congrats, you two (and, of course, to the proud parents, too!). Elizabeth, I can't get over how much you and John look alike--take the beard off the boy and the genes are there, plain as day.

Yes, there is a strong resemblance. Everyone says he's my clone. Same with my youngest. Now everyone is saying the same about Connor. That he looks just like me and John and Adam.

Elizabeth, is there anything better, on the whole planet earth, than the smell of a newborn baby? My son is 22 years old now, and I can remember that smell like it was yesterday.
