I have a conference call/workshop this evening, starting at 8PM. All because our client's attorney is in S. Korea, and it'll be 9AM tomorrow there.

I was tempted to go to a local restaurant for supper, but being on a diet has put stop to that idea. I'll settle for a sub at my desk, I reckon.

Oh the joys of globalization. Here is one from me.

I was working in Southern California at the time. I got a phone call at 3:30am from my office back here in the UK where it was 11:30am - I was not impressed and told the caller of the 8 hour time difference and to think before calling next time.

It was not funny at the time.

That sucks! When we had mines in Austrailia it was always come in early or stay late to get in on a phone conference.. Sure glad we sold them off though the couple trips to Oz were a lot of fun!

Spent most of the day yesterday, which was a nice day weatherwise, stuck inside painting the living room. More of the same today. Going from white walls to Peach Butter.
