Congrats to St. Louie, probably the best baseball town around. Rooting to see Detroit from the AL. That would be a great matchup.

Once the Cincinnati Reds are out of it, I roll over and hibernate until it's time for the Super Bowl. (In which I hope to see the Bengals, of course). Now that the Oakland A's are also vanquished, there's nobody left in the race for me. You have fun, Carol Ann, and root the Cardinals on to more victories.

Four games in the books and WS is split. So far I'd say that the only remarkable thing has been the way games 3&4 ended.
Even though I usually root for the American League team, this year I'm behind the Card's. Well see.

Hey Red Sox fans: Congratulations ! We Cards fans are disappointed, but the best team won, so it's OK.
Did anyone see Matt Lauer in drag on the Today Show? OMG

Not all bad news as now I can look forward when pitcher and catcher arrive in Fl. for spring training
But there will be many a new face in St.Louis next year and a few old faces will be gone
