I need someone to refresh my brain as to the specks for up loads to the gallery.
I am now running 8.1 as my old PC died

So anyway my old resizing program will not load on my new PC and I need two things, #1 the rules for size and #2 a little help with what software someone is using to reduce the size of a photo to meet the requirement of the gallery.

I short I am lost in the world of PC's for Win 8.1, Love

I purchased a new PC and requested it have Windows 7
I think that windows 8 is another MISTAKE on Microsoft's part
Do a google search for "Photo editor" windows 8

I am rebuilding my old pc (XP). HD and program from Tiger.com, they have all kinds of older parts.

Good luck, but you know Microsoft is ending its support for XP, if you machine has enough memory (4GB) I would suggest windows 7 home as a better choice.
