Hi girls,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I got to my friends house in Wyoming. It was a real sad trip for me, I cried a lot, but it has been a lot better since I got here. It is nice to feel welcome, and accepted.

I will find me a new therapist tomorrow, and also a shrink to try to get some better depression meds.

Thanks for all of your support, I love you all.

Hi Elizabeth,

It's good that you have a friend who helped you out like this. Hopefully, it'll make this difficult period a little easier for you to bear. Good luck also in your search for a psychiatrist; if you're already prone to depression, a separation can certainly put you at a higher risk. As Lorna said a couple of days ago, both this as well as a move to another city are both very stressful major life events.

Take care, Elizabeth, and take the time to hug yourself often. Here's some hugs for you: (--)

Love,
CJ

Hey Girls,

Thanks, I am starting to feel better. Everyones support here really helps.
I am kinda broke for a while, but it is cool because my friend says I don't have to worry about food or anything until I get paid next month. So all I really have to do is chill. I brought my guitars and marshall so I am gonna spend more time playing my guitar. Besides my friend is one of the best guitar players I have ever met, so I always learn a lot when we play. Well, thats all for now.
Love to all,
Elizabeth

Elisabeth,

I am really glad that you have such a friend. Friends like that are not easy to come by, but they are important people to know. I am also very impressed with the tone of your posts, while you are going through this. I really feel that you are going to come out of this better for it when all the dust has settled.
