Well no winner. As you know there is no gambling in Hawaii, but I did have people on the mainland (NYC, Long Island, MA, CA). I did have the Powerball # on two tickets. I heard that there were one million dollar winners in 14 states. They are announcing a 1.3 billion dollar jackpot for Wednesday. That will go higher for sure. Good luck on Wednesday.

We normally don't play the lottery, but decided to throw away $20.00 and bought 10 tickets. Out of all of those numbers (60), we had 3 . . . but unfortunately they were not in the same line so we did not even have a chance to win a lesser amount (and I think a minimum of 4 numbers is needed). :(

Not sure if we're going to throw away more money for the next drawing. :-k

We bought some tickets but my wife has them so I don't know what the numbers are. Heck even to have the million would be nice I don't know what I would do with all that other lol.

We the mathematically challenged, led by a dream of unimaginable riches, do sally forth to lay our hard earned pittance at the feet of the money hungry uncaring collectors then are forced to watch the drive-by media fault us for dreaming!

Someone may win 1.2 billion! Even if you take it over a period of time and not the lump sum how can you spend that much money?

Virginia raises her hand! Yes, Virginia! As a woman, I could use a new wardrobe!

and the dream continues!

I'd have to incorporate the family as an LLC to get some tax breaks when distributing the wealth.

Wow 1.5 Billion who would have ever thunk it. We are as family going to buy tickets again. Not that we believe we will win but just the idea of it. I suspect there will be multiple winners and as I was reminded by a couple of articles on the internet this morning by the time you take the lump sum it's down to around 900 mil and then after the taxes are paid they take roughly half of that so it's down to somewhere around 450 mil if there are five winners you are down to 90 mil so by the time my family divides it all up we will be down to a measly 25mil now I ask you who can live on that. But still we'll give it a shot we might be able to get the grand kids through college.

Oh well!! Not a winning ticket. What makes it worse is a cousin played in Florida and brother-in-law played in California, and still couldn't win. Will try again soon. Gotta be in it to win it!!

I heard that we can buy tickets in you lottery in Australia. After the taxes paid, it would still be a wonderful win with the current exchange rates being 70us cents to the Aussie dollar.

I too could do with a wardrobe update Virginia.
