PSA 1.3, TSH 3.5 Protein a little low at 6.3, K 4.9 slightly elevated. "you're the healthiest guy I have seen all week." I stated Hey! 59...not bad! I am on the campbell soup and Banquet meal diet...well I do have an apple, orange and grapes, take my vitamins. Run 3.16 miles every day rain or shine...100 sit ups, 45 push ups, 52 hand grip squeezes...Oat meal every day,,, coffee 2 cups...

You have the right to crow! that is an accomplishment at 59. 2 years ago, (64 Then) I got down to 174, bmi of 25; just on the hairy edge of not over weight. But the last two years my weight has been creeping back up. I'm active, and I ride my bike a lot, but it takes real discipline to do it every day. Life has a way of changing plans. And of course, since I'm semi retired now and don't have to get up early every day, well, that evening cocktail beckons. Hell, it's 5;30; I think I hear it calling me now......

Similar results to yours Anne, at 64 years. However you would have put me to shame if I had not had to make adjustments to my life style following a mild heart attack.
Keep up the good work.
