Memorial Day

As a retired Marine and RVN vet I will not forget the blood shed. Some times I am distressed that I may have dishonored my Corps because of my
Cross dressing. I would like to blame it on PTSD but I think it is me. I'm going thru a rough drab period. I feel lost and want to cry. I miss my ...family! But most of all I want to remember all that have served and those that grave their lives in defense of our country.

No you have not dishonored the Corps, they fight for freedom and that includes the freedom to dress as you please.
I think a lot of us vets happen to be crossdressers. We were men when our country needed us and now are free to be both the man and woman that we are inside.

All those who stand by and believe in the general quality of life, freedoms and rights of the western developed world, the greatest society man has ever created and seen in our recorded history, shall give honour and respect to all who died in our western democratic nations service. We also should give respect to all who have served and serve today.

Crossdressing should be of no issue though IMO. I recall reading a news story about 25 years ago now on the topic of crossdressing and those who serve. A USAF fighter pilot at the time during an interview on the topic (his identity kept secret at the time) said he always wore pantyhose under his flight suit. He felt it made him feel better (um as we cders know :haha: ) and if he ever had to bail out and was exposed to be wearing said pantyhose he'd say it was to help keep him warm.

I sympathise with you Wendae. Being a past member of the Australian Defence Force, I can possibly understand how you are feeling at this time.

I to crossdress to relieve the stress of the day and when things get too difficult.
