2004 - The Soap Opera Continues :(

Still unemployed, still looking for work. Every job application I fill out and don't hear a reply, I get more frustrated. And every time I try to go out to try & forget about how lousy this year has been to me, I just wind up spending too much money & having a rotten night.
But all that isn't even my big concern right now.
Right now I'm really worried about my 2 1/2 y.o. nephew. His mother (my sister) said he was throwing up a lot so they had to admit him into the hospital a week and a half ago.
The docs found a large anuyerism in his brain.
They operate today. I'm very worried.

Dear Lorna,
Your nephew will be in my prayers. At 2½ a child has great healing ability, so we must try to be optimistic. I wish the very best to both of you!

Hi girls, thanks so much for all your concerns & thoughts. I do have mixed news...
My nephew suffered a stroke during the operation but is currently recovering, and just has to take it easy for the next few days. I'm glad that he's still alive but I just hope this does not have any long term effects on him.
I shall go see him tomorrow. I'll have more answers then.
