PMs still not going out

When I send a PM it is still staying in the Outbox. Am I doing something wrong?

Julie,
I don't think you are doing anything wrong.
From my limited experience, I think your message will stay in the outbox until the recipient logs in and then it will go to your sentbox and their inbox.
Could a more experienced administrator/moderator/php-board savvy member clarify this?

Julie M,
PM's sit in you "Outbox" untill the receipient logs onto the forum.... at that point they move to your sent box....
It took me forever to figure that out....

Close, it stays in the outbox until the reciepient reads it, then it goes to the sentbox. Follks seem to be doing other things than reading visiting here nowadays.

Thanks ladies. I just checked and it was still there and I saw nothing else I could do. Now at least I know what's going on.
