Hi Carol Ann,
Seems things are a bit wierd with the weather. We have had only a trace of snow in the past two days but it is now 51 degrees and raining here in northern Vermont with no snow in the forecast until early next week.
But we have enough snow already that the rain shouldn't wash it all away so we should still have a white Christmas.
Hope yours is a good one!

In Colorado it is a balmy 11 above for a high today and -7 for a low tonite. Iv'e been here 15 years or so and keep waiting for winter to come. Coming from Froste Bite Falls , we'd call this spring. We have about 2 inches of snowfall today, I changed my oil in my car in the apartment parking lot today. I guess it's just what you get used to. Back home the forecast for the low tonite is -32. A lot of Witches up there with insulated bras. Heh , heh A merry Christmas to All , Hope yours is a good one. Kristen ( Frostbite Falls is the only city in contenental U.S. that has a 100% chance for a White Christmas)

Gee from what I have seen on TV you ladys are luckie
I will enjoy it for a little while as the temp will be going into the 50's after Christmas. Speaking of temp it was -11 this morning on the back porch luckie for me I have a very large hill out back which blocks the north wind but the wind is out of the south. Think I would like to be back in New Orleans today.Brrrrrrrrr

Hi all,
Our provincial anthem, here in Quebec: Mon pays, (c'est l'hiver)... My Country (Is Winter) by poet/singer/songwriter Gilles Vigneault (http://user.icx.net/~richmond/fgcgather ... eault.html) Yes, we have snow. In fact, there's a bit of a snowstorm as I'm writing this. For a peek, take a look at the downtown Montreal webcam: http://www.montrealcam.com/en-visitation.html
We actually haven't had that much snow yet this winter. But it's been very cold. Last week, for a couple of days, the temperature plummeted to -30 Celsius (-48, with the windchill factor). That would be, respectively, -22 and -54 Fahrenheit. Brrrrrr! Usually, the temperature's much milder when it snows and much colder when it's sunny and clear. Go figure. (Hey! "Sunny and Clear"... wasn't that some pop duo from the 60's or something?
)
Bundle up, folks.
Love,
CJ
