Beauty,
I read your post and the link, and didn't know a way to respond that would be appropriate for this forum, until I heard a line from an Aerosmith song on the classic rock station I listen to in my computer room (I alternate between this classic rock station and the soft rock station next to it on the dial)

A polite way of saying that any judge who would make such a ruling has fecal material for brains? It is sobering to realize that some persons in positions of great authority want to preserve traditional marriages, no matter how dysfunctional they are, and to prevent non-traditional marriages, no matter how beneficial they would be to all concerned.

I wonder if Bastine has any common sense.
Sounds like he wanted the marriage to continue until paternaty is determined.
Since when does an apparent father have to be married to the childs mother before a paternaty test can be ordered?
