Hi all.

I have heard nothing from Celes since our collective good wishes. She was about to be moved from her position "in the south where nothing is happening" to a location in support of the Iraqi elections. Now that the elections are over, we might hear from her. I will be sending her a new address that I can contact her through.

However, due to personal commitments related to the care of my mother and my sister, and to impending field work, I will be off line and out of town for several months, likely until June or July, and will discontinue the broadband service I currently enjoy. Where my mom lives has lousy service and very expensive for what you get, so I do not expect to be here much. Using the work computer once a week was an alternative, but regs. regarding it's use and monitoring have been tightened up and I may not be able to safely use it, though Celes email will remain OK. I will get word to you with a fast post when I hear from her.

In the meantime, all of you please be well. I will miss you.

Maybe you could just email someone with information and then that person can post here. That way you won't have to worry about internet site monitoring from work.

As to trying to not be a stranger, there are some in my acquaintence who would argue I cannot possibly be any stranger!!!!
